Hi, thank you for querry pulmonary edema with Right sided heart failure. Bileteral lower limb edema with shortness of breath may indicate fluid overload,it is the situation which may indicate several diseases in which venous pressure increase Right heart failure,nephrotic syndrome,liver failure and pelvic mass in female patients. you must go ECG,chest XRay,all blood base line test urine complete examination to rule out the cause of edema and shortness of bteath.
