Hello, My fingers at the middle joints seem swollen - it is hard to make a fist. It s worst at night - it gets better during the day with movement, but it s not normal. My doctor did a blood test to check arthritis, which I have but it is not ruemetoid ??? Is there something I can do to help get rid of this - it is very uncomfortable
hi Thanks for writing to HCM It is good to see that you are much concerned about health. In such cases we usually also get a uric acid level checked to rule out other joint issues as well. for all blood parameters normal related to joint pain ,please have a warm fomentation regular followed by nutritious food and rest avoiding air conditioner in rooms,as in some cases we find such complains being seasonal and cold induced..In case of chronic persistence we need to consult and investigate more .However for arthritis you must be familiarto all pros and cons. Hope this helps most welcome for further queries
