What Does Swelling Of Cheekbones Mean In A Person Suffering From Epileptic Seizures?

yes i have a 49 year old gentleman friend whom woke this morning with his cheekbones greatly enlarged ,his temples somewhat softened and pain in his entire left side,he does have epileptic seizures quite reguarily,what if anything would cause these things to physically happen to said gentleman

The swelling of chick bone could be the puffiness of face and this condition need to be examined clinically to rule out some systemic disease and this may not be due to the epileptic seizure, with correct drug and right dose the seizure comes under the control very well, hope this information helps.
