What Does Swelling On The Cheeks Indicate?
Have noticed my 4 year old granddaughter has had puffy cheeks for last couple of weeks. Has not complained or seems to be in pain, weighs about 37 lbs. Last physical was in April and no problems at that time. Could this be a growth spurt? She is still in size 3T and some 4T but has never been over weight. Very active I am just concerned with the puffy cheeks .
