General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

So far as symptoms narrated here, there can be possible segmental inflammatory lesion as diverticulitis or else involve right side of intestine as terminal ileum, caecum or else.

In our clinic, I recommend a CT scan of the abdomen and pelvis for further management guidelines.

I would like to assist further at anytime.

Regards.
