General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

In all probability, while doing unprotected sex, you have injured the frenulum, which is a sheath, seen when you retract the prepuce. It has blood vessels, and injury can lead to hematoma formation. This is the swelling you are feeling. If small, the hematoma will resolve in about one weeks time. If large, it would be better to formally incise it and let out the blood so that your recovery back to normal can be fast.

Please do consult a General surgeon or a Urologist, who can examine you and if required incise the hematoma under local anesthesia.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ajit Kumar Varma
