Hi welcome to health care magic.... You have enlarge lymph nodes in groin and supraclavicular lymph nodes.... As more then one lymph node involved case not neglected..... Consult physician for palpating all lymph nodes. You have not mentioned size of lymph nodes ??? Matted ??? Hard or soft ???? Smoking history ???? You can have generalised viral infection or it can be systemic infection like tuberculosis... Chest x ray and sputum examination helpful. From enlarge nodes FNAC done to rule out whether inflammatory or malignant....... If blood transfusion or unprotected sex history HIV also has to be ruled out....
