Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic

I reviewed your history.
Swollen red eye while on treatment for pneumonia indicates infection of the eye in the form of conjunctivitis.
This requires treatment by the use of antibiotic eye drops.

Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Hope this answers your question and the information is helpful to you.

Thank you
