hi, Brief Answer:You should not worry, your blood pressure and heart rate are normal. I advice you to see your doctor to determine the cause of your chest pain. Detailed answer:BP can change from minute to minute with changes in posture, exercise, stress or sleep, it should normally be less than 120/80 mm Hg (less than 120 systolic AND less than 80 diastolic) for an adult age 20 or over. The normal resting adult human heart rate ranges from 60–80 bpm. In your case they are both normal. Causes of Chest pain might be: -Heart problems -Lung problems -Gastrointestinal problems -Bone,Muscle or Nerve problems You should see your doctor to determine the cause of your chest pain. Hope this information is helpful! Best regards
