What Does Tenderness And Numbness On The Forehead Indicate?
Earlier today all of a sudden my forehead on my left side feels tender as if it s a bruise, but there s nothing there. A few hours later the right half of my scalp went numb and is still numb. I have felt nauseous all day and I feel as though I have a fever, but the highest it has gotten was 99.5. I also have chills and fatigue.

You have bruise over your forehead, which is a result of head injury. Also, there is vomiting, which is a sign of head injury with raised ICP. And there is swelling over the scalp, apply some ice over the swelling. And go for a CT scan to rule out any abnormality .
