Hello,

As per your clinical history is concerned, please follow like this:

1) Do a clinical examination by your Doctor [Gyn] and do few investigations like [Follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), estrogen and TSH] to confirm it.

2) If confirmed then as per your symptom discuss with your Doctor about prescription medications like [Estrogen therapy and Vaginal estrogen].

Do follow lifestyle medications like this:

1) Dress in layers, have a cold glass of water or go somewhere cooler. Try to pinpoint what triggers your hot flashes like hot beverages, caffeine, spicy foods, alcohol, stress, hot weather and even a warm room.

2) Get enough sleep and try to avoid caffeine, which can make it hard to get to sleep, and avoid drinking too much alcohol, which can interrupt sleep.

3) You can practice relaxation techniques like deep breathing, paced breathing, guided imagery, massage and progressive muscle relaxation et cetera.

4) Strengthen your pelvic floor. Pelvic floor muscle exercises, called Kegel exercises, can improve some forms of urinary incontinence.

5) Eat a balanced diet. Include a variety of fruits, vegetables and whole grains. Limit saturated fats, oils and sugars. Discuss with your Doctor about if you need calcium or vitamin D supplements to help meet daily requirements.

6) Try to avoid smoking.

7) Get regular physical activity or exercise on most days to help protect against heart disease, diabetes, osteoporosis and other conditions associated with aging.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hello,

I think more than gastroenteritis and perimenopause, this seems like pregnancy. It is time to take a test.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
