My son told me today he is suffering with a tenderness to his whole scalp area and the left side of his face. He says it is like a giant bruise that is all over and you see nothing. It is so tender that when I offered him some peppermint oil mixture to relieve the pain, he scarcely could touch it on. It came out of nowhere and the only thing I could think is it may have something to do with his stepping on a rusty nail a few day s before. Can you help?
Blood vessels, nerve supply,surrounding tissue of scalp affected that lead to tenderness of scalp. Headach or psoriasis condition also cause irritation to scalp.
