What Does The ALT And PCR Report Say ?

Question. this is my wife ALT and PCR report, what can i do for further treatment how can i control it. and safe the life. if possible please reply answer in urdu language. RESult HCV .RNA Not Detected Methodology PCR is an enzymatic in-vitro method for exponential amplication of a specific pre-selected fragment of DNA. the qmplification is achived with a themostable DNA polymerase, two oligonucleotide primer pairs and a four stndard dexyribonucleotide triphosphates that get incorporated into DNA (Mahbubani 1991). for the detetion of HCV,RNA extracted from serum sample is reverse transcribed that turms the conserved region of HCV RNA (5 NCR) plus entire Core region into cDNA . then nested type-specific amplification was performed in two rounds of PCR.after tyhe amplification the product was stained with fluorescent dyes and the comparison of standard markers the quantification of HCV was performed. Comments: the titer of HCV in blood fluctuates in accordance with the virus latency and sometimes it may be absent or blow the sensitivity limit of the assay. The results of HCV RNA PCR test performed in different laboraties use different kits/methodologies that have different sensitivity and specificity.ALT result 34 Female
