What Does The CT Scan Of My Sinuses Indicate?
I just noticed this from a CT of my sinuses. I have had an Acoustic Neuroma removed from the right side of my head in 1996. I have also been diagnosed with an CM 1. The Acoustic Neuroma has returned, but it is very small. I do have migraines a lot and the CM seems to affect different parts of my body. What would be the sections of my body that would be affected by this new problem? The acoustic S/P right occipital craniotomy. Right cerebellar encephalomalacia. Please, correlate clinically and with a prior surgical history.

The CT scan report shows cerebellar encephalomalacia which means degeneration of cerebellar parenchyma. I suggest you to consult your neurosurgeon for further management.
