What Does The CT Scan Report Indicate?

I would like the findings from a CT scan explained to me. The paranasal sinuses are clear. There is opacification of a couple of right-sided ethmoid air cells. Leftward deviation of the nasal septum and conca bullosa in the right middle turbinate. These contribute to mild narrowing of the left ostiomeatal complex. Right ostiomeatal comples is patent. The visualized facial soft tissues are unremarkable. Impression: 1. Paranasal sinuses are clear 2. Leftward nasal septal deviation and right concha bullosa causing mild narrowing of the left ostiomeatal comples

you are healthy there is a mild deviatiin of ur nadal septum whch may cause syptoms like nasal blockage or snoring while sleeping ....doctors wil advise you either to use medicines for this deviation and if it is not problematic you can carry on with it as it is nithing serious the rest of ur ct scan report is perfectly normal
