What Does The Coronary Angiogram With Triple Vessel Disease Indicate?
Iam 41 years IWMI on 10/07/14 and Thrombolysis, ECG T(down arrow) III.
Coronary Angiogram done on 17/07/14 which doctor says Triple Vessel Disease.
LCHO-No RWMA. LVEF 60%. CAG revealed LAD proximal 50%, LCX distal 40%, OM-Normal, RCA dominant proximal 80%, mid 90%, distal 80%.
Patient has been advised multiple stents to RCA.
Kindly suggest whether only Medicine, CABG or stent for the patient.

If patient has any symotoms of angina, Shortness of breath then he ir she doesnot need to get stentsm it will be advisable to undergo nuclear stress test to see fir viable myocardium and then proceed for further interventional procedure
