Respected Sir, hi I evaluated your query. first thing to strike is in relation to the intake of antiplatelet drugs which she must be consuming following CABG leading to gastric upset and vomiting in majority of cases. have to give antiemetics and proton pump inhibitors 1 hour before meals, have to omit all antiplatelet agents for min duration of 7-10 days till vomiting subsides fully, later on if problem persist have to be evaluated in form of Ultrasound or Upper GI Endoscopy to evaluate for hyperemesis. hope this clears you sir from the query, thanks regards wishing speedy fast recovery of your mother from the present ailment. bye dear take care
