Is this anything to worry about? I go to my Dr. on May 22, should I request sooner? I am 51 year old female with type 1 diabetes.
That ECG report speaks in favor of an heart attack. It is not an acute one, it is a small one and if you are not feeling any particular symptom now, it is possible that it has happened some time ago being a minor damage you didn't realize it. However no matter how small it is, I suggest you see a doctor as soon as possible because you need a full cardiac check up and preventive treatment in order that there doesn't happen a more serious lesion in the future.
I hope to have been of help.
