What Does The ECG Report Of A 56-year-old Indicate?

My husband, 56 years old, has hypertension and is taking metoprolol 100mg. ECG report says Normal sinus rhythm, Non specific ST-T wave changes. Blood chem result - uric acid 453, triglycerides 3.68, total cholesterol 5.89, LDL 3.20, VLDL 1.67, HDL ratio 5.8. FBS, BUN, Crea, HDL, SGPT are all within normal range. Prior to ECG & lab tests, he took isordil 5mg (1 tab, 4times this week) when his BP rose high at 160-180 over 80-90. He is complaining of dizziness and lightheadedness. Please advise. Thank you

Oh, isordil always causes dizziness and lightheadedness. It isn't generally used to treat blood pressure fluctuations. Lisinopril is the most likely to cause blood pressure fluctuations and all the other ones are not so common for that and if on this most common blood pressure medicine it is a reason to go with a different one that is adequate and does NOT get 90% digested prior to gettting into you.
