Hi.I am 35 yrs old with hypothyroidism and gestational diabetes in three pregnancies...so now off and on my sugar levels goes up..but I m not on oral or insulin...I m on thyroxine for last 10 yrs...I ve mild fatty liver...but rest serum cholesterol is fine...my ESR is 27 ...I ve low resistance..got sore throat...body aches..low grade fever..chest infection occasionally...for late three days I was having palpitation feeling..sinking heart...stiffness of neck shoulders muscles and thn severe headache...feeling severe nausea in such episodes.. can t sleep..can t focus on anything..can t do any work...aftr three days today whn I had this condition with severity ...I had BP checked..it came 140\90...ecg..mild left axis deviation with normal sinus rthyum...and borderline ecg normal...kindly give yr suggestion
