I had an MRI of my head & back. The lower back I had a fusion 3/11 S1-l3 THE MRI now indicates need laminectomy at L4-L5/ Neural foraminal narrowing with nerve root contact seen right side. My head is now showing demyelinating disease such as multiple sclerosis. In addition continue to have migraine, a low blood pressure, migraine, pulsating up and down my left side, and anemia. Continue to be fatigued.
1.The spine MRI must be showing the disc bulge causing the nerve root compression posteriorly. 2.In that case the laminectomy is indicated in order to release the compressing nerve. 3. Demyeinating disease is neuro endocrine abnormalities seen in MRI brain as increased signal changes. 4.Most commonly its congenital abnormalities seen in the grey white matter with hyper intense on T2 and FLAIR. 5.It needs through investigations in order to treat the underlying cause.
Good luck. Hope i have answered your query, any thing to ask ? do not hesitate to ask. http://doctor.healthcaremagic.com/doctors/dr-ganesh/62888
