What Does The MRI Regarding Headache Indicate?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...MRI impression of my neck revealed C5-C6 central and right paracentral disc herniation with moderate spinal canal stenosis and cord flattening. mild left foraminal narrowing. Also, small cental disc protrusion at C4-5 and mild dic buldge at C6-7 with mild thecal sac narrowing. Would this explain daily headaches? Would surgery help?
