Hi - had a MRI scan which reads T2 hyperintense whit matter focus in the left cortical/ sub cortical frontal white matter which may be due to minor chronic ischaemic change or artefact. No cerebellar brain stem or cerebellopontine angle abnormality seen in particular. Do I have anything to worry about are the doctors holding something back from me?Thanks Carolyn
welcome to Health care magic. 1. The symptoms are very minor which can be treated with thrombolytic drugs. 2.Depending on the age, it can be age related - where there is no treatment given as its expected. 3.If you have any underlying medical problems like diabetes, hypertension - treat them and keep in control. 4.There is nothing doctors holding according to report - they have mentioned what they are seeing in the report. 5.Its minor thing do not worry - follow the doctors instructions. Good luck. Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health. Anything to ask ? do not hesitate. Thank you.
