Welcome to health care magic.

1.The report suggests that there is complete tear in the anterior cruciate ligament which gives support for not to fall posteriorly. This is identified on MRI with signal changes.
2.Collateral ligament shows chronic tear - which is identified with altered intensity changes.
3.Meniscus which helps as a shock absorbers - also shows healed tear. with collection of fluid noted in the joint space.
4.The features suggestive of history of trauma or excessive usage or weight bearing conditions with associated inflammatory changes.
5.The treatment in this case will be ligamental repair - fixation with less weight bearing and immobility until heals, and meniscus repair needed.

Good luck.
