What Does The MRI Report With Mild Dilution Of Ventricular System Indicate?

Hi, my relative's MRI findingas are below..

Mri

The study reveals evidence of a few well-defined, small hyperintense foci onT2W & Fast FLAIR images involving bilateral periventricular deep white matter and basal ganglia.

Mild dilation of ventricular system is seen with prominence of sulci and basal cisterns suggestive of atrophic changes.

Bilateral maxillary and ethmoid sinusitis is noted.

Impression

- A few lacunar infarcts involving bilateral periventricular deep white matter and basal ganglia

- Age related cerebral atrophic changes

- No evidence of acute infarct, intracranial SOL or haemorrhage.

What is this?

Thanks Nishant
