What Does The PET Scan Report Indicate?

I have been in remission for five years from stage 3 b lung cancer. A recent PET scan showed activity in the upper portion of lung. I am going to have a CAT scan bioscopy for what may or may not be related to the cancer. What are the odds that it may be cancer?
