What Does The SGPT And SGOT In The Test Indicate?

HOW ARE U dr. THANX for this chance to ask you i am practicing body building my SGPT is 28 and SGOT 21 serum creatinine is 1.1 the red blood cells 7.7 although HGB IS 14.71 AND HCT 52.4 and platelets 257.1 plaese give me you advice thanx again for this chance

SGPT and SGOT are liver enzymes, that are derived as a product of the cyclic degradation of liver cells. Normal ranges are up to 35 UI and 45 UI, respectively. Although a normal blood panel, I would recommend you to consult a hematologist, regarding the slightly elevated levels of red blood cells and hematocrit.
