General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The count and motility are abnormally low and has to be evaluated to look for the cause. Consult a urologist and get evaluated or look for causes like varicocele and other conditions like anti-sperm antibodies.

If your partner fails to conceive even after taking treatment, you can consult an infertility specialist and plan for newer techniques like IVF.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
