Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to HCM. I have gone through your question and understand your concern.

You are having a mild decrease in your thyroid function. The treatment of this is thyroid hormone replacement. If I were your treating physician I woukd have done thyroid antibodies to determine the cause of this hypothyroidism and followed you up every 3 months with thyroid function tests.

There is no issues in getting married and pregnancy if your thyroid functions are normaised with thyrox medications.

Good luck

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help
With warm regards,
Dr Ajish TP (MD,DM)
