What Does The UTI Report Indicate?

I just got a report that there are numerous squamous cells including rare muldly attypical squamous cells with slightly enlarged nuclei and multinucleation. It then states reactive changes are strongly favored. I have had a UTI on and off since Oct. What does this all mean

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of the urine report is as follows:
The urine shows presence of squamous epithelial cells some of which show atypical changes suggestive of malignancy.
However, there is possibility of reactive change also.

These findings have to be correlated with clinical features.
Cystoscopy of the bladder needs to be done to look for any proliferative lesion.
