Hello this is the result of my semen analysis: Volume: 2mls, pH: 8.0, Colour: Grayish, opacity: translucent Viscosity: medium, motility: Actively motile:60%, non motile: 40%, progression:fair, type of movement:directional or progressively motile, epithelial cells: moderate, rbcs:none, wbcs:15%, sperm count:32 , Morphology: normal forms:80% , Abnormal forms: 20%••••please can I father a child? Should the concentrations of the epithelial cells and wbcs be a matter of concern? Im I having an infection?

leucocytospermia is a matter of concern, may cause infertility. You should consult a specialist for this. Antibiotics give benefit in some cases as it's suggestive of some infection in the tract.
