x ray report:There is no mediastinal shift.The heart and arota appears normal Hilar Congestion soft tissue nodular opacity in left upper zone.rest of the lung fields are normal noplueral abnormality the bony thorax is normal.Impression: Hilar congestion soft tissue opacity in left upper zone no other abnormality is seen in x ray chest.
