What Does The X Ray Report Indicate?
x ray report:There is no mediastinal shift.The heart and arota appears normal Hilar Congestion soft tissue nodular opacity in left upper zone.rest of the lung fields are normal noplueral abnormality the bony thorax is normal.Impression: Hilar congestion soft tissue opacity in left upper zone no other abnormality is seen in x ray chest.

1.Hilar congestion seen when there is any underlying cardiac pathology with pulmonary oedema ( collection of fluid in the lungs ).
2.Also seen in the younger age group when there is increased vascularity.
3.Similar finding could be seen in infection / inflammation.
4.Depending on the history and related symptoms treatment will be depends.
5.In case of cardiac pathology, cardiac pathology should be rectified.
