Hello,

Koch infection refers to infection from Mycobacterium tuberculosis, meaning that the suspected diagnosis is tuberculosis of the lungs. Of course, this is not a diagnosis made only with an X-ray, the clinical picture is also taken into evaluation as well as some laboratory tests are necessary for definitive diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Olsi Taka, Neurologist
