what is prominent broncovascular markings mean iam 65 years old i am suferring with frequent throat problems, pains, breathlessness. my weight 53 kgs height 5ft 3inches.resently i am having an x ray and a report of prominent bronchovascular markings noted.

Prominent broncho vascular markings in lungs may be due to bronchitis,pneumonia,age related changes etc.
You also need clinical correlation.If there is doubt about exact cause then CT Scan of thorax can be done.
This is a benign finding and it will go off with treatment.
