What Does The X-ray Test Result Suggest?

what does these x ray results mean: right apical pleural thickening, fibro calcific foci are seen in right upper zone, multiple calcific foci are seen in both lungs, blunting of right costophrenic angle, left costophrenic angle is clear, and bony cage intact?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, actually it had to be correlate with the clinical condition for which the x-ray taken, ideally you should have given the brief clinical history for correct interpretation, however the report is not suggestive of any active disease but could be due to some old lesion or it is the scar hope this information helps.
