Dear Doctor My son aged about 3 and half years old. His scrotum has only one testis. His Ultra sound of whole abdomen show normal seminal vesicle . P;. tell is seminal vesicle condition of Undescended testis .

seminal vesiclkes are normal. Undescended testes means the testes are in abdomen and not in scrotum. its important to remove them or pull them down early as they may turn into cancer if they remain inside abdomen only.
