This is my first time saw worm in period clot its like thread but found 1 only after that no more ready .. what I should do for this please advise also I m planning for my next baby is that possible to carry on .is that common issue happen to every girls ..Please advise

its physiological as endometrium sheds off sometimes it can be string..its common， happens to everyone at some point..as long as u have no white discharge with itching,burning micturition and regular normal flow menstruation,nothing to worry..You can plan your pregnancy normally
