Hi I did review your concern This histopathology report is suggestive of squamous cell carcinoma of moderately differentiating type. I unfortunately do not have information on where the lesion was. Considering it as an oral specimen, it is now important to know the extent of your cancer, by a PET_CT and lymph node assessment. Treatment is possible and can give long term survival benefit. Also i would recommend that tobacoo chewing and smoking are leading causese of these types of cancer and I would recommend you to quit them if you are habituated for them I hope this helps wish you all the best thank you for choosing hcm.
