What Does The Below Scan Report Of A 22 Week Pregnant Woman Indicate?

hi my wife have 22 weeks preganant her scanning measurements here iam mention below plese give me the suggetion is it good or any problem. B.P.D 5.22 CM,H.C 19.9 CM,A.C 16.8CM,F.F.L 3.9 CM, GA 22 WEEKS 1 DAY,E .D.D 19/06/2016 E.F.W 479 G F.H.R 150 BPM AFI 7.5 CM

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
As per the ultrasound report you have posted, the following things can be inferred.
1. Fetal heart rate of 150 beats per minute is normal (Range: 110 to 170 beats per minute).
2. Biparietal diameter (B.P.D) of 5.22cm is near to normal as it should be 5.5 cm
2. Head circumference (H.C) of 19.9 cm is normal as it should be 19.9 cm
3. Abdominal Circumference (A.C) of 16.8 cm is near to normal as it should be 17.5 cm.
4. Fetal Femur Length (F.F.L) of 3.9 cm is normal as it should be 3.9 cm.
5. Fetal Weight (E.F.W) should be around 430 grams, which is 479 grams and is good.
6. Amniotic fluid index (A.F.I) of 7.5 can be considered as normal as if it is below 6 or above 25, it is considered to be abnormal (oligohydramnios and polyhydramnios, respectively).
Gestational age as per the fetal biometry is indicating it to 22 Weeks and 1 day with expected date of delivery (E.D.D) to be 19.06.2016.
Kindly continue with the medications and diet as advised. Also attend to the antenatal check-ups and follow-ups as suggested by your doctor.
