Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have a subtle hypoechoic mid uterine body mass measuring 15 x 15 x 16 mm, previously 13 x 15 x 12mm. The endometrium measures 3.4 mm thickness transadominally and 2.2 mm transvaginally at the fundus, there is limited visualization of th endometrium secondary to the uttering fibroid
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. Based on the ultrasound report you have posted, it states that there is a growth in the uterus called 'fibroid'. It is seen to be growing bigger in size as compared to previous report. Due to this, the uterine lining called endometrium is also showing thickening. Hence, depending on the symptoms, you need to consult Gynecologist, get it clinically evaluated and plan for its removal by means of surgery. Hope the information provided would be helpful. All the best.
