General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to a foruncle which is an infection of the hair follicles. I suggest to maintain a good hygiene and use cotton underwear. I recommend ti disinfect the are with hydrogen peroxide and cover it with an antibiotic cream such as Neosporin cream.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
