What Does The Blood Test Report Of My Son Indicate?
My son was admitted in the hospital, for fever, vomiting and loose motions. After conducting blood tests, they confirmed that platelets count was less. After treatment platelets count became normal, but after Conducting LFT test the units of SGPT is 158 and SGOT is 122 and there is also slight enlargement of liver and spleen. I am very much confused, he is 5years 8months old. Please suggest me to which doctor I must consult. Is it very serious.
