What Does The Blood Test With Salmonella Tyhphi(O) Positive Indicate?

hi my blood test report showed positive for below. salmonella typhi (O) - positive salmonella typhi (H)-positive, salmonella typhi (AH) -positive salmonella typhi (BH)-positive , Also i am having stomach pain. Please let me know whether i can take rest in home or to go to hospital Also my haemoglobin is only 9.7 . i am a female name is nandhini. Thanks

Thank you for your question on HCM. In my opinion you should take rest at home. Take good antibiotics lije cephalosporin (cefixime). You might be suffering from enteric fever. In enteric fever not only positive test but titer is also important. And titer varies geographically. In my locality it is the three times titer which is indicating disease. So consult your doctor now and discuss these things.take rest at home.
