Hello,

They can ALWAYS have a reason to prosecute. Sorry, but I've been throwing punitive drivers ed so many times I'm on a first-name basis with all the administrators. and one of the answers is that any drug at any level can be a basis for a DUI.

Getting a lawyer and an official medical opinion that these are low numbers (actually they are moderate numbers that someone taking their medicines as prescribed would have) would be one option.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
