Possible etiologies of prominence of left hilum and suprahilar region with increased markings B lower lobes in a pt with a h/o hyponatremia and new onset seizures. Quantiferon gold (TB) was positive. Brain MRI neg except for partial empty sella. Pt is 68 y/o male from Guatemala.

It may be due to many reasons like tuberculosis,chronic industrial exposure,autoimmune diseases etc. In your case,it is most likely due to Tuberculosis.It is supported by the fact that Quantiferon gold (TB) is positive. Brain MRI report suggests that there is partial empty sella.It may be due to many reasons.
