What Does The Crusty Looking Scab Around My Left Nipple Indicate?
I ve been diagnosed with PCOS and have been have unprotected sex for years with my partner and never once fallen pregnant. When I was in the shower this morning my other half noticed that I had a crusty looking scab around my left nipple. Is this an early sign of pregnancy or do I just want it so much that I m hoping. If not though what could it be
* Crusting scab around left nipple indicates skin infection with staphylococcus aureus bug most likely giving secondary changes. And it is not a sign of pregnancy for sure.
Kindly consult an expert dermatologist for the cure of the same, till that time, you can apply aloe vera cream after antiseptic cleansing for better healing.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
