at L5/S1 the disc is narrowed and dehydrated , and there is a small posterocentral protrusion.however there is no significant narrowing of the thecal sac.the neural faramina is preserved.
at L4/5 the disc is dehydrated. There is a posterocentral bulging of the disc and an associated pasterocentral annular tear.this is causing effacement of the anterior aspect of the thecal sac.
Could someone explain to me simply what that mean ? I am a security guard restraining mental health patient on daily basis, will this is going to put me out of my job ?
