What Does The Elevated Enzyme Levels Suggest?

I have elevated levels of : GGT- 100 U/l & SGPT 52.2 U/L. direct Bilirubin is also high - .27 mg/dl SGOT is within range - 35.9 U/L, protein - 7.3 gm/dl & Serum Albumin - 4.6 gm/dl Alkaline Phospatase is : 91.7 U/Can ou advise what this may be because of & do I need worry?

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your most of the enzymes level are normal. Your bilirubin and total protein is also normal. You may have mild cholestasis. You should go for ultrasound abdomen to rule out intra hepatitis or extra hepatic obstruction. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
