Hi. I had one of my ovaries removed 5yrs ago because of a benign tumor. For the past 5yrs I ve had 6month ultrasounds. So this ultrasound done yesterday they found out that my endometrium was 18mm which they say is abnormal. The ultrasound was done on May 12. The start of my last period was April 27. My gynecological oncologist says I should go back and get another ultrasound done as soon as I end my next period to see the size of it. Does a woman s endometrium increases size at a certain time of the month and decreases size after her periods? He says if it still shows abnormal he will order more tests. Could something be wrong? I am scared but holding unto God. During ovulation I see a small amount of blood when I wipe. But it goes away in a day. Does that tie into this? Please let me know. Thanks.
