what do you mean by this? there is a unilocular anechoic cyaticstructure within the left ovary measuring 1.7x1.45 cms at the left adnexal region, inferomedial to the left ovary, are tubulocystic structures measuring 1.9x0.9x1.1 cms and 1.6x1.6x1.97 cms, which could be dilated portions of the left fallopian tubes, no color uptake noted
